Your gown isn’t the right fit? We have you covered, our complimentary sizing exchange is free and it’s a perk not offered by the bookstore. One of our team members will ship the replacement item(s) along with a prepaid return label to ship back the items that don't fit. Each order is eligible for one exchange with complimentary shipping. Our exchange policy remains in effect even after your ceremony date!

Instruction to exchange your regalia

Step 1.  Contact our customer support team at support@happytassel.com, 

Step 2. Provide your order number and the gown size you would like to try. 

Step 3. We will send out your new gown within 24 hours.

Step 4. Send back the items that don't fit with our return label 

Exceptions to the exchange policy include: No exchanges for Canadian and international orders.

We have you covered: We offer FREE returns before your graduation date, and you'll receive a full refund. That's it!

Returning your order after the graduation date? No problem! We will issue store credit for future use. 

Instruction for Returning Your Order

Step 1.  Contact our customer support team at support@happytassel.com, 

Step 2. Provide your order number and let us know the reason for your return.

Step 3. We’ll email you a return label, pack up your order, attach the label, and drop it off at the local carrier office. Simple!

Step 4. We will process your return within 14 business days of receiving the package. 

Exceptions to the exchange policy include: Canadian and International orders are exempt from free return shipping labels.

Give us a few days to process your delivered return or cancellation.
We'll send a confirmation email once your refund is processed; wait 1-3 business days for the full refund amount to appear in your credit card statement. Requests for refunds made after the selected ceremony date will be accommodated by granting store credit only.
